The Durham Digest
Breastfeed Durham
May 2024

As we step into May, we also step into Maternal Mental Health Month, a time dedicated to acknowledging and supporting those facing challenges. At Breastfeed Durham, we stand in solidarity with all individuals navigating maternal mental health concerns, offering reassurance that you are not alone and help is available. Remember, you are worthy of support, and brighter days are ahead. Our community is here to embrace you, like family, ensuring that you receive the care and understanding you deserve.

Together, let's raise awareness of maternal mental health, foster compassion, and build a stronger support network for every parent and caregiver. Because when we come together, we can create a brighter and healthier future for all families.
