Breastfeed Durham is welcoming November by celebrating the intersectionality of Black Babies Awareness Month, National Native American Heritage Month, and Election Day. During our usual meeting time, the second Tuesday of each month at noon, we hope that all of our breastfeeding advocates will take this opportunity to vote.

In the second presentation of the Building Blocks to Breastfeeding Friendly Childcare Learning Bursts, we discuss why normalizing breastfeeding, lactation, and human milk feeding in child care programs is important.
