For more than a decade, the Fair Labor Standards Act has given many nursing mothers the space and break time needed to pump milk at work. The PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act, enacted in December 2022, extends these rights to more workers in more industries – including agriculture, retail, restaurants, healthcare, and transportation industries.

You are invited to join free webinars that will equip workers, employers, and advocates with resources and information about the new law, including specific considerations by industry. Together we can ensure every nursing worker has the Power to Pump.

These webinars are free and open to the public. All webinars will be recorded in English and Spanish and available on our website after the event. If you have questions, please email WHD-Events@dol.gov.
