We wanted to repost and update the toolkit for lactating workers rights.
The Center for WorkLife Law’s, Winning New Rights for Lactating Workers: An Advocates Toolkit gives grassroots advocates the information, model language, and tools they need to fight for better workplace lactation protections in their state. This is my go to resource when I’m working with a lactating parent who needs legal support for workplace or school accommodations. There are also helpful resources for talking with our elected officials.
