Labor & Postpartum Care, Part 1 of 2 (in-person)

The Labor & Postpartum Care Class is delivered in 2 parts on different nights. Part 2 registration required separately. Part 1: This class is led by Labor & Delivery nurses and childbirth educators from Duke University and Duke Regional Hospitals. In this class, we’ll learn about natural labor, birth, and postpartum care. We’ll answer common questions like “How do I know when labor is really starting?”, “When do I come to the hospital?”, and “What options do I have for pain relief?”. We’ll discuss birth at both Duke University and Duke Regional Hospitals. We’ll also talk about the physical and emotional changes that happen during the weeks after birth. In-person registration covers you + one guest.
