Walk-In Talks

* In case of inclement weather, please use your best judgment. We plan to meet even if it’s raining under the shelter, but in case of severe hurricane winds, we will prioritize safety.

Every Wednesday morning at 9:30am during National Breastfeeding Month, we will be meeting at various parks around Durham for our walk-in talks. These events provide an opportunity for parents to connect, share experiences, and receive support. Here are the dates and locations for August 2024:

    • August 7: Solite Park, 4704 Fayetteville Rd, Durham, NC 27713
    • August 14: Hillside Park, 1301 S. Roxboro St., Durham, NC 
    • August 21: Merrick-Moore Park (Hoover Road Park), 632 N Hoover Rd, Durham, NC 27703
    • August 28: Twin Lakes Park, 439 Chandler Rd, Durham, NC 27703
