Breastfeed Durham is calling on the Durham County Department of Public Health and neighboring health departments to apply for the NACCHO Maternal and Child Health Policy Innovation Program (MCH PIP) Learning Community! This two-year initiative (March 2025 – July 2027) aims to support up to 10 local health departments in developing innovative policies that directly address the social determinants of health (SDOH) affecting maternal and child health.
