  • August 24th, 2021 | 2-3:30 PM: At the Heart of the Matter: Patient-Centered Approaches to Advance Health Equity a review of cardiovascular disease ‘state of the community’ in the African American community. Hear from patients and community organizations working in their communities to lift the excess burden of cardiovascular disease in African Americans. Patients and patient advocacy groups interested in advancing their understanding of patient-centered approaches to shape program strategies, research plans, and partnerships should attend this kick-off session. Read more…
