Aya Birth & Community Wellness Community Survey

Aya Birth & Community Wellness is North Carolina’s first Black midwife-led birth and wellness center and will launch in Fall 2023.

We hope to create a culture of community-centered maternal and reproductive health care, centering people of color, by scaling a Black midwife-led network of birth and community wellness centers across the Southeast.

We must hear what YOU want and need from a birth and community wellness center in Durham. Your answers are confidential and will be used to assess the need, drive the service provision, and program development of Aya Birth & Community Wellness. This survey will take 5-7 minutes to complete.

Please share with your networks. We thank you in advance for your time!
