Meals4Families: Tech tools to help people protect themselves against SNAP benefits theft

Organized by Meals4Families. SNAP, WIC, and other programs issue monthly benefits to enrolled members using an EBT card, similar to a debit card. The problem? The EBT industry lags behind the mainstream debit card and credit card industry, relying mostly on magnetic stripe cards instead of chip cards.
