NC Matters: Circle of Parenting Virtual Groups
Exciting news from NC MATTERS! We’re currently enrolling perinatal individuals across North Carolina in our virtual Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) groups.
What is it? A free, research-based parenting group that helps you better understand your child’s emotions and strengthen your relationship.
Who is it for? Pregnant, postpartum, or parenting individuals in North Carolina caring for a child age 10 or younger.
What you will gain: Understanding of your child’s emotional needs, skills to support your child’s ability to manage emotions, and resources to build your child’s confidence and security.
When and where? 9 virtual sessions occurring weekly over Zoom for 60 minutes.
The next cohort begins Wednesday, October 28th at 12pm.

This program is free of charge to participants, who will be asked to complete brief pre- and post-surveys.
