Un Día a la Vez – Circulo de Apoyo Comunitario

Breastfeed Durham, El Futuro, and Duke Family Medicine have collaborated to create a breastfeeding support group for Spanish-speaking families. The group is called Un Día a la Vez and the first meeting will be on March 29 from 10-11am at the El Futuro office in Durham. The support group will come together once a month on the following dates: March 29, April 12, May 24, and June 14. There will be snacks, raffles for gift cards, information, and more.

Breastfeed Durham, El Futuro y Duke Family Medicine han colaborado para crear un grupo de apoyo a la lactancia materna para familias de habla hispana. El grupo se llama Un Día a la Vez y la primera reunión será el 29 de marzo de 10 a 11 am en la oficina de El Futuro en Durham. El grupo de apoyo se reunirá una vez al mes en las siguientes fechas: 29 de marzo, 12 de abril, 24 de mayo y 14 de junio. ¡Tendremos meriendas, rifas de tarjetas de regalo, información y más!
