Breastfeed Durham received the following from Durham County Women’s Commission regarding Black Maternal Health advocates as the fight continues for equitable access to quality healthcare and the elimination of maternal health disparities.
The Durham County Women’s Commission strives to educate the community and advise the Durham County Board of Commissioners on issues related to the experiences and conditions of women in Durham County.
We would like to join Black Maternal Health advocates as the fight continues for equitable access to quality healthcare and the elimination of maternal health disparities.
